It’s feeling quite festive, isn’t it? An entire year has whizzed past – yes, already! We booked into Trésind for our annual team lunch today – an appreciation to our previous design team for helping us through the initial editions.
Jumping into more delicious conversations – Himanshu Saini, the enthusiastic chef spoiled us with his generosity. While our initial booking was for a four-course lunch meal, course after course started arriving at the table. Apparently, these were all new additions to the menu. Of course we demanded all the old hits – the Chaat trolley, the Khandvi Sorbet, the Mushroom tea – right to the deconstructed Black Forest Cake!
What we are really waiting for is their new concept at DIFC – Carnival By Tresind, which promises to serve post modern Indian cuisine. Himanshu and team couldn’t wait to share their concept with us – scribbles on white table cloth and formulas and funky plate designs. For the time being, just hold on!
