The trick to a smooth mulled wine is to heat the wine just around simmering temperature & never to boil it’.
7 Spice Mulled Wine
- Tie up all spices in a muslin cloth, heat with wine for 4-5 minutes, serve warm in a warm glass.
- For Garnish Mandarin Slices speared with cloves.
