Festive Cocktail ~ Smoked Pineapple & Vanilla Martini

The fresh vanilla pod garnish doubles as a straw leaving a symphony of bitter fresh vanilla pod on the lips & hints of sweet vanilla on the palate.’.

Smoked Pineapple & Vanilla Martini

Serves : 1 glass

Ingredients

  • 5-6 cubes of smoked pineapple
  • 60 ml vanilla pod infused Grey Goose Vodka

Method

  • Muddle pineapple, add vodka, shake with ice & serve in a martini glass.
  • For Garnish ~ Add smoked pineapple cube and vanilla pod.
