We are a ‘happy food house’ who believe in delivering smiles by providing citizens of the world our food with fusion flavours, variety of services and unique skills under one roof; which we have gathered by experiencing cultures across the globe.
Our first Venture: An Asian fusion food truck, serving food with NO MSG NO FRY and NO JUNK which so healthy so tasty and so yummy. Our meal is served in WOK box which is a recipe of happiness.
What or who is the inspiration behind your start-up?
Biggest inspiration for me is my parents dream when my business and passion is one and spread smile by selling food. Thanks to our parents, that all three of us got opportunities to learn, educate and appreciate different cultures from varied parts of the world. Our studies and work life took us round and round from London to Delhi, Zurich to Chicago, Berlin to Mongolia and Scotland to Mumbai. Towards the end of 2015, we realised, hey – what happened to “family”? And we all decided to leave our existing states and forms and come together and be family again. “Dubai” became the epi-centre and zoooooom we all turned up here in Feb 2016, without any project plans and deliverables. The aim was to live together and continue our passions. Dubai being land of opportunities, within few weeks we decided, that here is our chance to push our boundaries and really find our dreams. With all three of us from different backgrounds – A change and innovation fanatic, an automobile enthusiasts and a fanatic engineer, it was quite a journey to actually think and realise, what we all can do together. With countless breakfasts, coffee, mid-day smoothies, brunches, lunches, evening snacks, dinners, late night sacks – it wasn’t heard to realise – FOOD is all we LOVE !!!

Who is your hero in the restaurant business – the one that you aspire to be?
For Business delivery Hero’s: My parents – who inspire me that there is nothing more memorable that delivering a SMILE. For Food Hero : the flavours from cultures that we have experienced
What is your favourite dish on the menu and why?
Udon noodles with chicken and tossed with chilly garlic sauce, it gives a great fusion taste and twist of sweet and chilly, udon noodles gives a soupy angel to the dish as they are thick fat noodles.
What (lessons) have you learnt along the way that you would like to share with other foodpreneurs?
- A recipe has no soul in it, but as foodpreneur you must get soul in it to get the happiness factor for customers.
- Be precise and focused towards the cuisine.
- The WOW factor about the food should be stressed on which includes taste, presentation and service.
- When people feel happy after having a every bite of your food.
- Creating new customers is easy but retaining customers and having repeat sales that’s a real foodpreneur.
- Belly rules the mind.
