Abu Dhabi Food Festival

A nineteen day Food Festival kicks off in Abu Dhabi from today! From now until 23rd December food lovers across the region can enjoy a number of different events all focused on Food & Drink. The Food Festival brings together Gourmet Abu Dhabi, Street Feast and SIAL Middle East Trade Fair.

The Festival starts with SIAL Middle East Trade Fair at ADNEC, from 5th – 7th December, which amongst other things will include the Regional Barista Championships as well as the Mercury Awards.

Gourmet Abu Dhabi – Celebrity Chefs are also hitting the shores of Abu Dhabi including Matt Preston from MasterChef Australia, Graham Elliott, MasterChef USA and Adriano Zumbo from Zumbo’s just Desserts. The chefs will be taking part in cooking demonstrations, be appearing at some restaurants as well as “Meet & Greets and Cookbook signings.   There’s some big screen movie action going on too! Food lovers will also get the chance to enjoy dinner with John Cusack and Jesse Metcalfe as part of Gourmet Abu Dhabi celebrity hosted events.

Other key events include the Street Feast which will be in Al Ain 8th-10th December and Abu Dhabi Cornice from 15th – 17th December. Street Feast boasts a collection of 60 food trucks from across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain – with over 150 different food options to chose from.
