Radhina Almeida Coutinho is the author of Platetrotter, where she discovers the world one bite at a time. The blog covers food-focused destination experiences – hotel, restaurant and bar reviews, market tours, winery visits, cooking classes, gourmet breaks, indigenous dishes and ingredients. Radhina is a communications director by day, working largely in the sphere of luxury hospitality, travel, tourism and destination marketing, in between trying to fulfill a personal quest to eat her way around the globe – a journey that has taken her to close to 50 countries across Asia, Africa, Europe and the Americas so far.
