By Team FoodeMag: Introducing Cocosia’s Traditional & Fusion Diwali collection – savour traditional Indian sweet flavours of sesame chikki, paan, kesar, pesta kulfi alongside fusion dessert flavours of creme brulee, lemon and chocolate tart, masala chai, tiramisu etc. This special Diwali Collection is already available at the store and we did have a tasting of a few of the flavors with Qudsia Karim, founder and chocolatier, while they were still being fine tuned. Our relationship with Cocosia dates back to the FoodeMag’s First Anniversary celebrations in 2015 where we had ordered personalized chocolates for all our guests. We are very excited to launch our Diwali campaign in collaboration with Cocosia and will be organizing a special reader event very soon that will take you on a journey of chocolate learning (and tasting!). So stay tuned for that and do share your sweet love using the hashtag #ChocolateMeansCocosia!
The Traditional & Fusion Diwali Collection
From single origin chocolate tablets to a fine collection of chocolate bonbons with praline and ganache, infused with a wonderful selection of flavours ranging from Earl Grey and jasmine to fruits, Cocosia Artisan Chocolates offers a luxury range of hand crafted chocolates. This Diwali, Cocosia combines traditional Indian flavors with artisanal chocolates to create a special collection where one can opt for either traditional or fusion flavors. The traditional flavours come in the form of Sesame Chikki (sesame praline incorporated in milk chocolate, enrobed in dark couverture and dusted with gold sesame seeds), Sweet Paan (no real paan but created with a blend of coconut, gulkand, fennel seeds with a hint of chocolate), Rangoli (festive pattern engraved on solid white, dark or milk chocolate), Kesar (saffron unfused in chocolate ganache, enrobed in milk chocolate and garnished with silver leaf), Pista Kulfi ( or the fusion ones like Creme Brûlée (white chocolate ganache with caramel notes) while the fusion flavours brings together Masala Chai (fusion of teas with Indian spices infused into dark couverture), Tiramisu (coffee infused in chocolate ganache with speculose) or the Tart Chocolate (70% chocolate ganache garnished with gold leaf). Whether you opt for the traditional flavors or fusion flavors, a special velvet box filled with festive deliciousness is going to be definitely very special gift this Diwali!
