Enigma is about to launch the next part of it’s story as Chef Yunus Emre Aydin and the Enigma team reveal the next chapter in the Enigma story ‘The Inside Story’

Starting on 1st October the Inside Story showcases Turkish cuisine brought to life in a new and creative way by Chef Yunus. Yunis was the Enigma Chef who worked with Quique Dacosta and Björn Frantzén in the first two chapters of the Enigma story.

From this chapter onwards, Enigma will completely change its dining experience every few months, in keeping with the mystery and elusiveness the restaurant.

They say  “Enigma is an evolving concept, what will always remain is our commitment and focus on executing different cuisines from around the world. We want to bring the best tasting food to our diners and keep them guessing, what cuisine is coming next?”

We say : “We loved the previous two Enigma stories and in particular meeting and exploring food from two very different Chefs with Michelin star credentials.  We hear the Wagyu Pastrami from the new Inside Story menu is divine”
