Our relationship with Cocosia dates back to the FoodeMag’s First Anniversary celebrations in 2015 where we had ordered personalized chocolates for all our guests. The Traditional & Fusion Diwali Collection
From single origin chocolate tablets to a fine collection of chocolate bonbons with praline and ganache, infused with a wonderful selection of flavours ranging from Earl Grey and jasmine to fruits, Cocosia Artisan Chocolates offers a luxury range of hand crafted chocolates. The traditional flavours come in the form of Sesame Chikki (sesame praline incorporated in milk chocolate, enrobed in dark couverture and dusted with gold sesame seeds), Sweet Paan (no real paan but created with a blend of coconut, gulkand, fennel seeds with a hint of chocolate), Rangoli (festive pattern engraved on solid white, dark or milk chocolate), Kesar (saffron unfused in chocolate ganache, enrobed in milk chocolate and garnished with silver leaf), Pista Kulfi ( or the fusion ones like Creme Brûlée (white chocolate ganache with caramel notes) while the fusion flavours brings together Masala Chai (fusion of teas with Indian spices infused into dark couverture), Tiramisu (coffee infused in chocolate ganache with speculose) or the Tart Chocolate (70% chocolate ganache garnished with gold leaf).
